For 20 years in aviation, Lyndal specialised in finding calm amid the turbulence. She led teams, ran training, managed events and delivered the kind of detail most people don’t notice, until it’s missing.

These days she runs the marketing department with the same calm precision. She’s across the timing, the rollout, the fine print and whatever you forgot to follow up. She’s also a property owner, so she knows what good service should feel like when you're the one signing on the dotted line.

Outside of work, you’ll find her at Pilates, chasing down hard to book restaurants or planning country number 56. She’s been to 55. And yes, she still supports the Richmond Tigers, we’re working on it.
