Leandra has spent the last 20 years in roles where people, pressure, and performance all show up at once. Customer service, sales, real estate, Virgin Australia disruptions, and running an F45 studio for five and a half years, she’s basically been trained in staying calm when everyone else is melting.

She’s outgoing, quick to connect, and genuinely good with people. The kind of person who can walk into a room full of strangers and leave with three new contacts and a coffee booked for next week. Add a Bachelor of Arts in Legal Studies and Drama and it makes sense, she can read the room, handle the moment, and keep things moving.

A Moonee Valley local through and through, she’s got a strong network and a knack for connecting the right people at the right time. She’s also mum to Hugo and Mateo, which she’ll tell you is the only credential that really counts.

Outside of work, she runs on coffee, follows F1 with full commitment, Forza Ferrari, and can play the violin and tap dance, just not at the same time.
