Caleb first joined MATTHEWS at 14 for work experience,  mostly to get out of class. He’s since returned with a Bendigo Bank scholarship, a property degree underway, and a whole lot more to bring to the table.

Full of energy and quietly focused, Caleb blends curiosity with detail, and numbers with instinct. He’s grown up around the industry and now brings a modern, strategic edge to the team. He's tech-forward, analytical and always thinking a step ahead.
